  • You choose the path. Either a private charter with world-class captains or a curated surf session led by former professionals. Gear is provided. Prior experience is required—if you don’t already surf or fish, this may not be for you. The ocean doesn’t reward ego, and it doesn’t make exceptions.

What to Expect

This experience is designed for investors, founders, CEOs, and revenue leaders of $10M–$100M companies who are under pressure to present a clear, defensible value-creation plan. It’s built for leaders who need to show measurable progress toward increased enterprise value—not just historical success. Some experience on the water is recommended. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to be coachable.


Logistics, Location & Investment

Sessions are based primarily in Jacksonville Beach, FL, where conditions allow for reliable surf and fishing year-round. If conditions or objectives require it, we’ll go where the water is best and confirm location based on your needs. The investment is $8,000 for Jacksonville Beach sessions, which includes the on-water experience, equipment, strategy intensive, deliverables, and follow-up. Bespoke locations are priced at $8,000 plus travel expenses. Weather is part of the process; contingency dates are set at booking. Sessions are non-refundable but fully reschedulable. Pre-session diligence calls ensure we start the day aligned and ready to work.
