Every person in the water has been selected because the environment demands it.

Handpicked. Not Hired.

Director of Operations. Former collegiate surfer, University of Florida.

Mickayla Pendlebury

Before Sea Suite, Mickayla was a construction inspector. She studied urban planning and sustainability at UF, then spent her early career making sure complex projects met spec with zero margin for error. That same standard runs every Sea Suite intensive.

She owns the full client experience from first contact to final follow-up. Scheduling, intake, travel logistics, gear, day-of transitions, accommodations, and post-session coordination. Every detail that isn't the strategy work or the water is hers.

She also surfed competitively at the University of Florida. As a University of Florida Surf Club Alumna, she brings a strong sense of organization and adaptability to the role that is shaped by both team environments and time spent in the water. Mickayla ensures seamless and elevated client experiences while supporting the company's mission both on land and at sea.

She didn't come to Sea Suite to get closer to the ocean as a perk. She came because the water is where she's always operated best.

Capt. Mike Keith

a Florida native. USCG certified. 25 years reading water.

Before Mike was a fishing guide, he was an engineer. He built and ran a successful consulting firm. Then he made the call most people spend their whole career fantasizing about. He walked away and went to the water full-time.

He spent a decade guiding fly fishermen through Blue Ridge freestone creeks. He has chased giant rainbows on the Kenai and steelhead on the Chilliwack. Then he came home to Northeast Florida and narrowed his focus to what he does better than anyone: poling backcountry flats through spartina marsh mazes, reading flood tides, and putting you on tailing redfish before they know you're there.

He reads water the way operators read rooms. Quietly, and before anyone else sees what's coming.

Capt. Charlie Martin

a Jacksonville native. Shallow water specialist.

Charlie has been obsessed with fishing since he was ten years old. He works the creeks and flats of Northeast Florida with a push pole, not a trolling motor. He stalks fish through water most guides won't enter. Redfish year-round. Tarpon when they push through in summer.

He grew up on these waterways and knows the tide patterns, the seasonal shifts, and the spots that don't show up on anyone's chart.

When he's poling you through a creek mouth at first light, he's already reading what's around the next bend.

Seth spent his youth competing on the professional surf circuit, advancing to the World Qualifying Series. He has surfed at the highest amateur and professional levels for decades.

Off the water, he built a career in real estate appraisal, founding his own firm in 2015 after nearly twenty years in the industry. In 2021, he launched Atlantic Post Coffee, a roasting operation built on precision and craft.

He still competes in regional and national Boardriders events alongside his son, Fisher, and the same crew he grew up surfing with.

When he's coaching in the water, he reads conditions the way he reads anything else: with the patience of someone who's been doing it long enough to see what others miss.
